My Account

Etudes gives you the opportunity to open an account on etudes-studio.com.
You can either create it via "My Account" in the top right corner of our home page or when you order. Creating an account on etudes-studio.com offers you a fast and secure way to order. It is also used to track your order and to receive emails regarding its status.
Your account also allows you to manage your delivery addresses so you don't have to re-enter them when you order.

To connect to your account, click on the "My Account" area at the top right of the home page.
Enter your email address and password and validate.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at order@etudes-studio.com.
Please note that deleting your account will result in the loss of your entire purchase history.

My order

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the Colissimo or DHL tracking number.
You can also go to the "My Orders" section of your account to check the status of your order and access your tracking.

Sometimes an order or part of an order can be cancelled by our system for various reasons. In particular for the following reasons:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty processing your payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided
  • A duplicate order has been placed
  • Suspicion of fraud

Etudes reserves the right to cancel an order for the reasons mentioned above. In this case, you will receive an e-mail explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be charged. If you are interested in alternative products please contact us by email at order@etudes-studio.com

The items are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit from the warehouse to the delivery address. Your items are no longer covered by the insurance once they have been delivered against signature to the delivery address indicated.

Payment and taxes

You have the possibility to pay your order by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Stripe, Apple Pay and Klarna. Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by the secure payment module of our partners. Your payment is totally secure. Your bank account will be debited upon validation of your order.

If your payment was not successful, do not hesitate to place your order again with another method of payment.

The prices charged are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
Sale prices are indicated in euros including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

Delivery

Études offers delivery in France for any order over 100 €, and worldwide for any order over 250 €. THIS OFFER DOES NOT APPLY DURING SALES PERIODS AND ARCHIVES-DAYS. We ship worldwide. Our orders are shipped via DHL with sign-on-receipt delivery.

Delivery times are given as an indication.
Orders placed after 12:00 am will be shipped the next day. During sales periods deliveries may be delayed due to the large number of orders.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or contact us at order@etudes-studio.com.
All orders are shipped with DHL and are fully traceable on their website mydhl.com. You can always contact them if you have any questions regarding your shipment.

Taxes and customs duty

All our orders are shipped in DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). The prices of the products are displayed in Euros and include all taxes and duties in the final price.

Lost parcel

In case of lost package or return shipment please contact us at order@etudes-studio.com.

Insurance

ÉTUDES insures each purchase during the transit time until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery, you also agree that the signature of the third party is sufficient proof of delivery.

Return and exchange

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by following our return procedure. All returns need to be registered via our return portal. EXCHANGES

Études-studio does not offer exchanges online. If you wish to exchange an item it is necessary to return your order and place a new order for the desired item. Orders delivered in France may be exchanged in-store at our Flagship store in Paris on 14 rue Debelleyme. REFUND

Returns are normally processed within 2-3 working days within the reception of your return. However, extra time may apply during sales or holiday periods.

Once your return has been processed you will receive a refund notification and be credited on your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take several days for the refund to reach your bank account after receiving your refund notification. It is recommended to carefully follow our return procedure, as failure to comply may result in your return not being refunded. ÉTUDES ARCHIVES DAYS ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

FAQ

1 - How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number sent in the e-mail to see where your package is. You can also track your order by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website. You can also log in to your online account to access your tracking number. If you choose to pick up your package in the store, the tracking information will not be available.

2 - What are the delivery times?

Delivery times differ from country to country, it can be from 1 to 2 working days for France as well as 2 to 4 days for Europe and international. These times are indicative and delivery delays may be caused.

3 - What are the delivery costs?

We ship worldwide.
Delivery costs differ depending on whether you live in France, Europe or outside Europe. We offer shipping costs from a certain purchase amount.

4 - Is my package insured?

8 - What should I do if I have received a faulty item?

At Études we make sure that you receive a product that meets your expectations, however, in rare cases you may receive a defective product. In this case we will help you with the exchange and return process. Please send us an email to: order@etudes-studio.com.

10 - Can I make an exchange for a more expensive item?

Études-studio does not offer exchanges online. Exclusively at our Flagship on 14, rue Debelleyme, you may exchange your online order for the same model in a different size or colour, which means that they are also not exchangeable for cheaper items.

11 - Will I be refunded the total amount of my order?

When you return all the items in your order, Etudes will refund you in full, including shipping costs. Exchanges remain free of charge.
